Establishing an NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicator system by conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. Sorting out levels of indicators and relating to departments, selecting key driving factors for prioritization, and providing recommendations for customer experience improvement and action path planning.
通过定量和定性研究,搭建NPS指标体系,梳理各级指标对应到关联部门,筛选关键驱动因素进行优先级排序,并给出体验改进与行动路径规划建议。
